I can’t say about ASUS R558UR, because this model I haven’t use. But I can say many things about ASUS.
I am using a laptop of Asus brought from local store. It cost me around 32000 total that time.
My laptop is excellent. It’s not behind compared to Dell Hp trending brand of Indian market.
Speed is very good. ( 4gb 1tb version is my laptop)
graphics also gives you smooth response if you have minimum 2gb graphics card.
asus laptops are cool compared to Hp.
it never heats up.
also last of all. very very value for money laptops in now in a days of market.
Overall I really like asus brand.
