There is no problem with operation. The keyboard and the panel is like an HP laptop(notebook series). But there is an issue with the track-pad. I fail to hold control for a long span of time - it needs to be fixed I think. Secondly, the HDMI port is not well responsive, the display sometimes flickers. I have tried with some other projectors as well, but of no use. Speakers are well but sometimes there is an issue of clipping - this happens suddenly.
The body of the system is well built, but the lid got a poor finishing touch - looks like a cheap plastic product. The joint of the lid and keyboard is also weak, I don’t feel comfortable while folding seriously.
People like me with an average budget have to go with this, no other option. But if you can really lift it up by a bit, then go for Dell or HP, I’d recommend. Asus is not that promising in the regime of laptop(low budget) I consider.
The customer care service is not impressive. I call them 10 times a day and they get time to respond on the 10th call. I suspect their doorstep services as well.
