I gifted this laptop to my sister and didn’t expect I was gifting the worst thing. The laptop takes too much time to open and shut. This is definitely not a value for money product. I purchased this product, believing it would be a reliable product by Asus but not. Nor it is reliable or nor I am satisfied with it. I am totally unsatisfied with the product and service team of Asus because they are too like this laptop. Inefficient to work. When I consult them about its problem they taken the laptop for checking and now it is 3 months running and they still hadn’t returned the laptop.
