I am sharing my experience of this laptop. this laptop is not so good because performance of this laptop is not so well. battery life of this laptop is not good. keyboard is also not good so so this laptop is not a user friendly. you can’t play heavy games. these problems of this laptop that makes it not reliable for us.but service and support of asus is quite well. but I am not satisfy with this product
