Hard disk crashed twice since I purchased it. The processor clock speed is very slow - gives hazard to work smoothly. The quality of Asus is falling drastically. Mouse sensitivity is not that accurate to work on. For gaming it is not a good device - makes the slow device even slower and heats up like anything. I have installed Windows 10 x64 but it somehow lags behind and as a result, had to roll back to Win 8. Probably not compatible. The graphics is very low.
The keyboard is not at all user friendly. To work regularly, you should plug-in an additional keyboard.
Not at all a smart choice. Go for Lenovo systems.
Asus service centres are not that flexible. Depending on the availability they revert to the customers. I did not get the CPU fan for this laptop while called them for the same.
