I just bought this laptop, and am also struggling with the space bar. It’s really disappointing, as the laptop had such great reviews. Still trying to decide if this is something I will adjust to, or if I should be returning the laptop because of it.
This laptop has an unfortunately common issue with the keyboard: the spacebar doesn’t register if you hit anywhere but the centre of the key. There’s a kludged-together fix for it that involves prying the spacebar off, but it’s enough of an issue that of the four that were sold at a local store ( in Ottawa) , three were returned.
