I bought an Asus Zenphone 5 from flipkart.com with order ID: OD40719001755 and order date: 19/07/2014. Within 12 days of purchase the phone got completely dead. I took the phone on 2/08/14 to the asus service center: F1 Info solution’s & Services Pvt Ltd, 201, ashok bhawan-93, Nehru place, New Delhi -110019 vide RMA Number ING2480178 dt.02-08-2014.After 24 days they handed me over the repaired phone on 26/08/14 stating that the motherboard is replaced.
The moment I went out of the service center with the phone the display went off. I went back inside and they repaired it again. After coming home the phone was not able to detect the SD Card. Few days later the mic was not working and another day whole phone got dead again. I went to service center again and they informed me that the phone is again dead with their RMA No: ING2490122 dated 11/09/14. I requested them to replace my set as it is a defected one. Further, I wrote several mails to their service head Mr. Ramesh Chand but I got no response from them. They didnt even bother to reply me back with an answer. It is so disappointing that a company like asus doesnt have the curtsey to reply to their customers after selling fraud and defected products. I have never come across such a pathetic service. I recommend you all not to buy this product as they are cheaters.
