I thought of buying Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 because I had heard a lot about Asus smartphones. The specs of Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 seemed great. It had 6.26 inches display, Android v8.1(Oreo) OS which was upgradable to v9.0(Pie), 12MP+ 5MP dual camera setup, 3GB RAM and 5000 mAh battery and I was really excited about buying it. I was so happy that all of this was available in a budget price of 10k.
But my happiness got shattered when I actually bought the phone and it turned out to be my biggest nightmare. Little did I know that a phone with such great specifications could still be a no show! I was cribbing about it to a friend when he told me that this malfunctioning might be because of the processor in the device. I later discovered that the phone had a Snapdragon 660 processor, and it was because of this that my phone was delivering a disappointing performance. I also got to know that this wasn’t the only phone which had issues, people using many other devices powered by Snapdragon 660 had complained about its slow processing. I guess, I became one of the victims too.
