I recently happened to read this magazine and its review on PALIO. It is a good attempt on Automobile Journalism. The quality of printing, paper used, and the photographs all are of international standards. Their review on cars and the road tests appear to be impartial unlike the other in this field, OVERDRIVE, owned by TATAs, who always boast of the useless Indica, Safari and the likes.
The Road Tests appear to be very exhaustive and are within the best of facilities available in India, unlike the same in OVERDRIVE, who are very much biased towards Tatas Products.
Compare the Road Test Reports of both the magazines on PALIO. Both have compared Palio with Indica and both have highlighted some of the advantages of Indica but only AUTOCAR has pointed where PALIO excels Indica, with accurate common-sense factors and technical facts. On the contrary, the OVERDRIVE simply and cunningly comments on PALIO, sidetracking the review to non-technical factors. Journalism shall be free from personal bias especially when you motivate a potential customer to invest his hard earned money on a durable like car.
Kudos and best wishes.
