I was considering a used Zen as a replacement for my 11 year old cranking M800. I had almost decided on tat car until I stumbled upon Fiat Palio. I was considering True Value initially when I came across First Choice Cars(formerly AutomartIndia).
I headed to their showroom near HSR layout and met the incharge Mr. Mahesh. He was very cordial and offered me to test drive any car. I came across a Silver "Fiat Palio 1.2 EL PS". The car was amazing and I seriously considered it over the much costlier Zen.
The next step was booking and negotiating the price. The org. quoted price of 2 lakhs was slashed to 1.75 and further to 1.7L when I told him Im really serious about the car. After bargaining he also offered to take care of RTO transfers. Also he assured me of complete service and polishing of the vehicle. My M800 was exchanged for a Palio which was valuated at 50k. So my effective price came upto 1.2L
Rest assured, 5 days later as promised I was given delivery of my Palio in excellent condition. RTO transfers was completed in 3 weeks. He also kindly had the insurance transfered w/o any hassles.
Its 3 months since and I havent had any problem yet. I was also offered 2 free services. I highly recommend First Choice for buying a used car.
