I visited Aveda hotel on october 2017 where my room was booked and the time I went to hotels reception, there was nobody on the reception table to deal with the guest. I waited for approximately 15 minutes with my heavy luggage sitting on the sofa . When the receptionist came, he was unable to find my room booking and made me more angry. I immediately called manager and he found my room booking . The hotel staff not at all felt apologized for their behaviour. The moment later when I was in my room, the T.Vs remote and two lights were not working. I called the hotel staff several times but nobody even picked up the phone. At last I went to the reception again and complained the hotel management but their behaviour was not at all good . The hotel is having free spa service for guests. I went to spa room and the spa room manager their did not allow me to stay their for more than 20 minutes and there was no such rule of hotel. Their Ambience and guest service was really worst and it was a very bad experience visiting there.
