I usually dont’ wear Nail polish because of the fact I bite my nails. WEll with the avon polish on I dont bite my nails. Its great for improving the way I look, feel and act!! I greatly recommend this product to anyone who wears nail polish. The color chart is widely ranged so there is a color for just about anyone! The only negative is that it cost almost 4.00 a bottle!!!
