Iam an employee of axis bank, I joined as a BDE i.e business development executive in 14-oct-2014 , my job profile is get new customers to bank by making savings and current accounts with a minimal target it is an employee friendly bank the bank as given me family general insurance facility , term policy of 25lacs mobile allowances petrol allowances still lot more, in one year itself I got promoted as asm i.e assistant sales manager, our bank teaches us about customer servicing , code and conducts, ethics, we get training facility wid a very good accomdations and wid a healthy food , bank is very employee friendly, I want to grow with our organisation I love my job , senior officials are very supportive the environment is just like a family , badthi ka naam zindagi axis bank
