Hi, I took home loan from Axis Bank Bangalore. Initially their executives did try to make fool by telling false stories about every process and all the charges, but I was fine since my loan was finally approved. Process is not at all transparent and you run a risk of getting looted.
Finally I was able to close my loan with the bank. And here my night mare started. It has been 2 months since I am running pillar to post, but still haven’t got back my document. Calling up customer care is useless as they don’t know anything and will just ask you to call back after some days.
Please avoid dealing with Axis Bank.
