The most stupid back and the worst customer support. Whenever I pay bill online for my postpaid mobile number. they are deducting money and it is not been transferred to the merchant. Axis bank does not know how to trace the amount also.
No matter how many mails you write or how many ever times you call them..you only get one answer.."under process"..If they does not have the knowledge of recovering lost amount..better they close their bank..Idiots!!
