Axis bank as we all know is the 3rd largest private sector bank of our country. Being a private bank, as expected it’s service quality and issues resolution are quite fast. I want to give weight-age on its Mobile app. I’m using it for past one year. It provides awesome and user-friendly features. Payment transfer using app is very fast and in some cases it doesn’t charges for NEFT/RTGS transactions. The phone banking facility is also got, although I have used that for once only. Same can be said about Internet banking as well.
The banking staff are supportive and their customer handling capability and reception are impressive.
