I am customer of axis bank since last 5 year
I am holding other banks account also
I am holding saving account and my choice credit card for axis bank
(1) phone banking: very good phone banking service. in past I have tried to make call axis bank customer care, after long waiting I was unable to connect call, but after few hour I received call from axis banking customer care for my query and they resolved the same.
(2) atm: atm facility is available around all area, there are 3 atm around 2-3 km from my home and office
(3) internet banking: internet banking is very good, they will improving they features and facility time to time
(4) customer service: very good customer service experience till time.
