I am using internet banking of other banks which I found to be quick and easy. Then I started using Axis bank. To my horror, I found that it has been made so complicated that it is very difficult to register as there is a second (net secure) password, which is mandatory.
After completing all formalities and wasting a few hours on the site, I found that to transfer money from my account, I first need to register the beneficiary. Even after I registered the beneficiary, the radio button of the beneficiary was not getting active in spite of my best effort.
Then I called the customer care to know the problem.
After a long wait, I finally get to know that I CANNOT TRANSFER MONEY TO ANY ONE INSTANTLY. I WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR 24 HOURS AFTER IT IS REGISTERED.
