Have my salary account in this bank since past 6 years and I have never faced any issues with the transaction or sending any amount. They make things so easy with time after they introduced with the axis bank application for mobiles. I had applied for a credit card and I got it within 2 weeks of applying and it does wonder for me all the time.
I never find any issues with the credit for taking any kind of extra amount and whatever I spend in the credit card is uploaded in the net banking and they are very much transparent regarding the information. The customer service they have is good and and they are very much responsive and give resolutions soon. Love the service and love the bank.
