Zero Balance Account Closed with out Notification

I have created zero balance account online on Feb 2018 and using that account till October 2020. Due to COVID19 not using that much regularly. Recently I tried to do an online transactions it was declined. I went to bank and approached customer service team about the issue. They looped back two agents and finally one of CS Member said that the account is not exists and deleted. The CSteam gives funny answer KYC not done and deleted the account. I did visited bank on 2018 and done full KYC with AADHAR finger print. Explained to csteam they don’t listen and very poor response keeping me waited around 2 hrs. Very Bad experience with this and now if I want to keep account active need to deposit 15K. Guys beware of this bank if any is having zero balance account transfer your funds or move to other bank,
