My father had opened a sr citizens account which the bank itself converted to prime account without any information or authorization. Now on requesting them to convert it back to sr citizens, there is no response from axis.
further, they have deducted min balance charges twice as Prime account requires 25k min balance. On requesting them to reverse the charges, there is no response from them.
Better to avoid this bank, which has no customer service.
