Not customer friendly
No expected service as compare to other bank.
When its come to banking in private sector customer’s expectation are more from in comparision of guvernment sector but axis bank is not providing services upto that mark.
One more thing is about their application it always shows that server error or transaction error. If you say that we are providing app for easier communication than you must have to prove that but axis bank totally failed in it. Whenever I tried to make trasaction through app its not completed every time. Also when we complaint about they answered we are under system upgaradation therefore this is happening. But every time. ! Unbelievable.
This is worst service I faced. I suggeat to go for any other bank but not for this.
