Hii guys I am here to sharing my true experience with you.when I was working in jio-mart company they opened salary account.
first few it was working good but after few months.
however I leaved job from that time in my account each month money was credited so I called customer care service of axis bank they told me to you have to update your debit card thats why money is credited so she told me some instruction
whatever key I will say you have to press in your dialpad so I follow her instruction whatever she told first she said press 1 for english press 2 for hindi press 3 for marathi then she told you have to type your debit card number I entered the debit card number after completion of all process she told to me you have to pay 800rs for debited.i said why I have to pay 800rs.at the time of process you didnt told me anything about the charges so she said to me I already told you.after that I told to her now I dont have money and I dont want any debit card
after two or three day I got a call from delivery boy who bring my debit card.he said hello srikanth you are applied for axis bank debit card right.i said yes! but I dont want right now I said like this.then delivery boy said shall I cancel it.
I said yes
after that I went to the bank for sort out my credited balance issue.i met one person in the bank and I said my problem and she said me that you have to pay the credited amount I told why should I have to pay.then she told me that is it your salary account I said yeah mam.then she said in a salary account minimum 10000rs in your account I said actually I dont know about these rules and regulation then she said we will try to solve your problem please fill the application form.i said her kindly solve my issue
in my home we have 2 axis bank accounts
now I am thinking to close those two accounts.
the rules and regulation is only for salary account user I dont know this suggestion is might be true or wrong
my suggestion to the bank is that please give quick response to the customer as quick as you can and understand the customer problem what are the problems they are facing and resolve that problem as soon as possible.if you will take care of the customer then your bank will be the best
this is not good for salary account as point of me.in saving account there is no such types of rules you must have these much money if in your account you have 0Rs then also ok
pros:
you can withdraw more cash.debit account for share marketing
greate built app for buying and selling share online.branches available at many places.dont worry about keeping FD or balance in bank.it is totally safe and secure your money will never go away
cons:
account opening takes more details.overall bank is great and they care for their customer and helps a lot but I dont think it is good
my friend is working in axis he said the working in axis bank is a good opportunity
