I work as a senior manager in a mid size IT company at Bangalore. We were having Corporate Salary Accounts with ICICI Bank and shifted to Axis Bank recently. AXIS Bank sales folks came to the door step to provide a power point presentation and impressed us.
We moved the Salary Accounts to AXIS Bank assuming there service would be world class (atleast better than ICICI).
They provided Corporate gold/platinum card for all the employees based on the pay cadre. Out of 100 applications only 4 got approved. Rest got rejected for various reasons.
Mine was rejected mentioning that the Drivers License was not proper. In Fact the sales guy came once again to pick it up. Inspite of that they rejected. They could not substantiate what is not proper in the DL. There Netbanking facilities are another big sucker.. doesnt work most of the time. It would throw you out more often than it works.
