I been associated with axis bank foe the last twelve years . Comparing with many other new generation banks in india what makes axis bank a special is its customer friendly attitude. I will not say this bank is one hundred percent customers friendly but comparing with many others this bank is far better acceptable. The only issue I face with this bank is that , Axis bank doesn’t have enough branches and ATMs. This inadequacy of service centre will some time act us an inherent especially when you deal with indian economy were majority of transactions were done on cash basis.
Recently many branches and staffs of axis bank were found guilty by helping people to get new 2000 rupee note in illegal way.
This act of there employees raise a question on social justice and commitment of axis bank.
