*i ve a very good banking experience with uti bank.
it is simple and it really keep privacy of your account.
IT has atms where you can reach very easily. laso the transfer of money is really fast compare to other banks.
uti doesent charge any hidden changes.
i would suggest to go for this rather than other bank who title thenselves as no 1 bank.
because it functions vare very simple and fast.
i love the service of uti bank. I will carry the service for long perid.
phone banking once I used but my problem really solved easily. I normally roam around the india and in every city I find the atm thatis why I never find difficulty while travelling.

only one thing I want to say is uti has to increase other services like loans, credit card etc.
