It’s frustrating to feel like your concerns are not being taken seriously, especially when it involves something as important as your finances.
Additionally, I’ve faced repeated technical glitches with the online banking platform. Transactions fail without any clear reason, and there’s a lack of prompt communication from the bank about ongoing issues. This has caused unnecessary delays and inconveniences, especially during urgent transactions.
Moreover, I’ve noticed discrepancies in the charges and fees that are not clearly communicated beforehand. This lack of transparency is concerning and makes me question the integrity of the bank’s operations.
Overall, I am highly disappointed with the service provided by Axis Bank. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and reliability. I hope the bank addresses these issues promptly, as it’s losing the trust of loyal customers like myself.
