Axis bank the largest private sector bank in india is losing its credibilty by not maintaining its banking standards, I had very bad experience with this bank, one day I contacted its customer care executive for new debit card pin but they did not provide me with proper details on how to set new pin & when I went to branch for enquiry they said me to visit Atm for new pin & when I went to thier Atm I was not able to set the new pin even after trying several times.
And I tried almost 4 atms in my city but still couldnt set my pin.
