Dear Sir, This is bring to your kind attention that the transaction that were made 08/05/2013 does not belong to me/ my account, more so it was not informed, which is generally a procedure, whenever a traction is made I get an SMS instantly, which did not happened. Transaction s details are attached .I challenge you that the transactions shown in the statement are contradictory; I want to why it took you so long to divulge the IP details. how secure is system, that the whole world knows , if money is returned to Mumbai police personnel’s , then , why not in my case, And by the way your grievance cell / Nodal Officer Ms.Kalpana Vatakar Varsha and others are their only to kill time……… that it, they are no better than your local branch. I was told by Ms Kalpana Vatkar to fight it out on my own….as if I had account with Karnataka Police ad not Axis Bank. Most Horrifying Experience of life.
