Axis bank customer care service is very bad.they dont give correct solution of any problem.My problem is that I cant redeem my axis bank credit card points.whenever I want to redeem points, always a massage shows that your email id is not updated with the bank.even I update my email id by netbanking.
I called axis bank customer care many times.they are saying that your email id is updated with the bank.I cant understand that how my problem will be solved.
