I hold one account of corporate banking for my company. Since I am the owner of the company I needed it to transfer money to my staff via internet banking.
To my surprise I had to write applications twice and only after 4 months I could get internet banking active on my corporate account. Till then I could not use my account and had to use my SBI account.
Now my account was opened with 10, 000 as min balance which was given to them via cheque and was kept in account.
All of a sudden on 25th September they deducted Rs. 40 from my account. When asked about this they said this is monthly SMS/Mobile Banking charge. But I never asked for the same. So they said this is by default. I dont understand if this is by default why does anyone not bother to tell me. And why after 4 months they suddenly charge for 1 month why not from 1st month they charged me?
Now I quickly deposited another Rs. 500 since balance was reduced to Rs. 9960. But they deducted another 890 from my account on 30th September. When asked they said you had less balance for 4 days and this is charge for not maintaining balance for 4 days.
Again alright for a service which I never used you guys charge me. I stopped the service now for non maintenance fine I understand you should charge. But 900 bucks? And that too only because of 4 days non maintenance of balance.
Also whenever I called them they would say corporate banking doesnt come with customer support @phone. Either email them or go to branch.
For emails to corporat.ib@axisbank.com I used to get the same template message: Visit the branch.
Visiting the branch would mean jokers would convince of something and promise me but never used to happen. Finally I got hold of the mAnasultanger and kept on calling him to get satisfactory updates.
Axis Bank officials from head office contacted me recently solved all my problems. My corporate banking is now working just fine and my charges applied were reversed my Mrs. Swinal who was appointed as relationship mAnasultanger dedicated for our account.
Now both priority account as well as corporate accounts are running fine and for any problems I can directly connect with those officials and get things done.
So finally things are moving in positive direction.
