Axis bank has come with new way to cheat its customers.
**==AXIS BANK & Employees of AXIS BANK are SCAMSTER & FRAUDSTER==**
Even after making a advance credit card payment at badlapur axis bank branch(Thane district) way in advance but due to ==**axis banks internal technical issue**== the payments did not get clear.
Due to which a penalty amount was charged however as the bank had agreed that it was there fault they would take care of it internally.
=(I have a writen aknowedgement from the Bank on this issue)=
However I am receiving constant sms & credit card statements till date even after my card has been discarded by axis bank.
NOTE:
Bank has taken my credit card & has discarded last year somewhere in july - august; claiming that by doing this I would not receive any sms & credit card statements.
Due to this action & lethargic behavior of the bank leading to MAJOR CREDIT CARD SERVICE LAPSATION, I am under mental stress & torcher; as this matter is getting dragged for no reason from last 16 months.
I have now planned to file a complain in the Consumer Forum against Axis Bank.
