Service Request no. 210324435054 no action taken

I was informed in the email that my query will be solved in 5 working days with Service Request no. 210324435054. No action has been taken. When I called the customer care this morning Mr.Imran how is repeatedly saying that the number I have called is not the register number. I have several times told him it is my registered number which is connected to my credit and saving accounts. But he was not checking any details instead he is just trying to transfer me to IVR. He was not even transferring the call to Manager. Customer care people are not helpful at all. They can never solve the problem.


Why have my credit scores been reduced? for what reason? I have never availed the facility of credit card. Why there is the outstanding amount showing in the credit score? I have got a zero balance statement from your own bank. It is such mental harassment from the bank. What a fraud bank Axis is. Just minting money from customers for no reason. Mentally it is very disturbing.
