I’m joint account holder of Axis Bank Faridkot branch ending with 17657. I had transferred AUD 700$ from my account to Commonwealth Bank Sydney (account no. 999 BSB No. 062692 )on 13th, July2010. The amount of Rs. 30043 was debited from my account on the same day. A month and half has passed by but till date amount has not been credited to the beneficiary’s account.
The Commonwealth bank has not received any funds, whereas Axis Bank is saying that bank has acknowledged the receipt of funds.I contacted Axis bank a dozen times but no resolution till date. On top of this the local branch manager Ravinder Singh Saini has dared me to do what ever I can. Finally I have filed a law suit in consumer court.
I want to request my fellow customers to refrain from doing business with this bank. They are shady people with shady intentions. Also I will post the outcome of the consumer court case.
