This review is to share about my bad experience and the worst part of digital india.Due to digitalization banking service has become very poor. They dont hv any relation with customers now.Everything through customer care who dont knw what care means.As i was getting frquent msgs of opening an ASAP acnt, i opened one through internet.First i thought it was quite easy and all process completed with in 5 min , incredible! and i hv transfered some Amount also.after 2 days i got a mail tht acnt is cancelled with out mentioning any reasons.Then i contact customercare and then only they are telling if u hv paytm or any such wallets, acnt will be cancelled.i asked them why u r not mentioned this in ur mail when asking us to open acnt.The answer she gave is tht it is mentioned in term and conditions, and customer has to read it(ofcourse with a magnifying glass).Now the sadest part is that as the account got cancelled, the amnt i transfered they will send as DD only to tht branch and i have to go and collect.Also no mails regarding it.Even i cannot contact branch as everything through customer care only.that too through the phone no which i have given.if from any other no, they will not answer.now i have to go daily to branch and ask whether dd arrived or not .such a worst customer service.This all becoz of digitalization.people are losing money also unless we follow up
all transactions carefully. previously we had contacts with bank managers and officers when we visit and had good relationships with them .now everything gone.
