My company opened an account with this bank for me as an employee savings account. It was about 4 months ago. Though the account activation was done witihn 15 days of time but then 15 days also is a quite lot of time taken to just activate an account opened. Everything was managed well and savings account started.
I tried installing the app of Axis bank and it says that if you do not have the registered phone number in that phone where app was installed then the app wont work! I mean seriously? Pathetic. Not expected from a reputed bank like this.
Also not to forget, after logging in to the netbanking. The page looks clumsy and things are not easily found. Overall it is like a zig-zag road for me to understand and then carry with transactions. My experience with Axis bank is not so good & my recommendations for this bank are not positive!
