I am a MDU, student living in Delhi . I had to submit my college fee at Axis bank at the month of Dec’2016 . I had a daft with amount 1243.52 but just because of the decimal amount they refused to accept the draft. This is the condition of axis bank . Phone banking is dead slow and has troubled a lot of people at the time of Demonetization . ATM’s are available conveniently. Internet banking is not up to the standard as senior citizens has to come to the bank again and again. Customer service is nice but after all work is not done then what is the point .
