Hi guys. I m here to share my personal experience about axis bank which is in mumbai thane branch.
I am holding a saving account in axis bank for about 6 years and till now I havent got ignored by the axis bank staffs and axis bank.
They have a good service orianted employees and they try their best to keep customer happy
I wanted share one of my best service experience which I got from axis bank. We all know that we are currently facing demonitization in all over india. And we are facing issue in depositing our money nd the same vice-versa. I also wanted to deposit my money in my axis bank thane branch so I visited my branch and there I saw a very interesting thing dat ki they occupied some place outside the bank built in tent and having a chair for us who are coming to deposit n witdraw money .not only that they were also giving tea and water who all needs.
So I m happy with the axis bank and I recommend personally to open a account
