Axis bank is very fast in taking charges and very slow in providing quality service.I have not problem with charges but I must say if you have committed for services then you have to fulfill customer requirements.
Means if someone has deposit money in my account, Then SMS of new balance should come, but I got to know that details only, when I visit to the bank and print the passbook. Another bad incident I have faced, when I have closed my one of my family members account, that time there was balance in my account, but bank people didn’t inform and just close that account. I got to know about this later in the account statement.
