Worst Customer Service

Axis bank is quite popular now a days. They show dreams to the customer but never fulfill the same. My wife is having account with them and phone banking facility is also available but we are very affraid to use the services. There so many things but Im will write very few of them.


ATM cards are made available to all accounts. But availability of notes at ATM counters are a big?


Simillarly internet banking also given to the customers but we are affraid to use this also just for security purpose because if ny thing misshappened these people just throw out the ball from their court.


Now come to the main point Customer service - It is worst than any nationalised bank. Once I received a call from the bank that your wife is having account with us and we are giving you an opportunity to open savings account in the name of ouyr child.  We agreed and ask him to come home and complete the formalities. Everything like adhar card, Mother`s PAN card address proof and a cheque for Rs. 10000/- given on 15/06/2017 but till date the account is open, worst part is that they debited Rs.10000/- without opening the account and kept it in sundries. another instance is my wife opened a Recurring Deposit account for 10000/- per month instalment on 10/01/2015 for 1 year and deposited intiall amount Rs. 10000/- and she gave standing instruction for debiting 10000/- instalment every month from her salary account till 10/01/2016. When we went on maturity date to collect the amount it was very much surprised to know that after first instalment the bank has not debited further instalments, hence the balance in the account was only 10000/-+interest.


We opened that RD account with the intention that the maturyity amount can be used to purchase vehicles for our dauthers. We were very much disappointed against the act of the bank. Having good relation with the staff We did not make complaint but after a lapse of one year the oopening of savaings bank happened. This time we decided to do very less banking with AXIS bamk and gradually we will close the accounts with the bank. The worst part is the employees working the branch chages frequently so that we can not fix the responsibility. The less practical banking knowledge increases harasment in  customer.  Once they were insisting drawer`s signature at the back of cheque of Rs. 6000/- though it was bearer.


So No more banking AXIS bank.
