I have a bad experience form Axis bank, and its service, its not providing proper care of customers, I suffered rude behave from employees, its phone banking and net banking is abstruse, and not reliable, they are not satisfied their customers, demanding high balance in account and not giving proper service against their income, its high worth bank and its charges, few ATM available in city areas, bank rule is ridicules, if you have account in axis but not in city area, so they will not solving your problem, if your account in rural areas then you have to go for sort out your problem solution, i dislike its internet service, it is abstruse to use and understand better than other banking internet service, customer service is not so good, and worse, they have no proper effeciant employee, and main reason to my dislike is manipulation of denomination in this time axis damage its goodwill and tag,
