The worst service possible !

The Fastag was delivered after a month. After recharging I am not able to login to see the balance. The call center keeps on playing music and there is no response to emails for closing the account and refunding the money.


I do not think there is any other option other than to buy Fastag from another provider and forego the amount paid to AXIS Bank. Utterly disappointed being a Priority Banking customer of AXIS.
