I used Axis bank credit card.. I repeatedly got calls to make the payment of minimum amount rs5850. I went and made the payment of RS.10000 the next day and even after payment this torture calls from them didn’t end.. they spoke as in I have taken a debt from them personally and have run away from the country.. by evening I get the msg rs.5850 is been deducted from your savings account..so total of RS.15850 is paid.. without my knowledge money is just deducted from my savings account.. n when I call the toll free no. They say we cannot help.. my question to you is three days of torture calls not even once did your representative say you are supposed to pay RS.15850 instead kept saying RS.5850 .. then how the can you just keep deducting.. worst bank ever.. I have three more bank accounts never had such a terrible experience.. torture is given to their customers.. in terms of exceptional services
