I did two IMPS transfers to my friend goverdhan on 18th dec 2016 & 27th dec 2016.
The issue is that while entering the bank details of the beneficiary , the account no was wrong by a digit. And it was wrongly credited to
Mr. Dharmendra Kumar from same bank branch.
My issue is that when we transfer money to a beneficiary , it should validate first that the account no belongs to the same beneficiary name. Because entered the name Goverdhan singh and account no which belongs to Dharmendra. How the transfer could be possible? It should not be done.
I also have an account with ICICI where it validates name witjmh account no first before transfer.
Customer service and net banking service is good.
