This is one of the costliest bank in India. This is a private sector bank. This bank offered various type of service to the customers of the bank, but the services is not good for us.
Whenever anyone open there account on this bank the take there charges. The minimum amount is 5000 for opening an account.
The phone banking and net banking is quite good in my personal experience. I have only one account in this bank but didn’t satisfied with there services.
ATM is available for customers 24/7 ATM is not an issue for this bank. They provide very good service.
The customer service is good and reliable in my opinion. I whould suggest those people who love private bank for investment.
