I tried to set up internet banking access. Correspondence sent to my address did not have customer ID. Got it through sms. To register need two otps. One to phone other to email. The email one goes to an ID used 15 years back. All emails from axis come to the existing one. Tried to put sense in to customer care rep, he says there are two email ids. I need to visit branch to sort this. Why??? On trying to reason this is a migration issue rep has the cheek to tell me even when you change house you have issues. Why should i undergo this for citi change to Axis. I plan to pay the balance due on credit card and close the account. I never had any service issues with Citibank. Any issue would get resolved quickly. Here they were transferring calls from banking to credit card. Pathetic first time experience
