MIXED EXPERIENCE OF AXIS BANK

I hereby write my review as per my last 2 year experience, I opened my salary account at new marine lines mumbai branch in 2015. the managers of this bank branch approached me and offer many services but that time, no other services were useful. but he forcefully and by request for the sake of his junior employee, they opened my dmat account also whenever I didnt agree to open but as per his assurance, I approved his request. but as per his words, after 1 year my dmat will be closed and no charges taking for this, but till now my dmat is active. but I love their internet banking, we can add beneficiary account in 30 minute and send them money.their processing and employee behavior are also good. axis generally a business bank, they have many products and services to businesses and they works hard for their clients. customer service on phone is not good than sbi, no body pick your call under 15 minutes, we have to try many times for contacting their customer care, number of atms are not sufficient, but in branch all operations are good. thus my experience is mixed but I owns axis accounts in future only for internet banking facility.
