I bought a axis credit card for the first time using credit card service.After getting a credit card I have not used this credit card for a two month. But, they charged 1200 rupees for a service tax.
I was so shocked. I am trying to call the customer service center. but they won’t pick up my call.
I waited more than 20 minutes.
The bank called more than 3 calls during 2 month. the ftelling the benefits of credit card through mobile calls. thats why I am applied for a credit card.
after buying a credit card they won’t pick up my call.
then I goto bank directly after negotiation with bank manager.
I cancelled my credit card. after I tell this they charged 400 rupees for cancel service tax.
very worst conversation happened with axis bank.
my kind request is to don’t prefer axis credit card.
most the customer dissatisfied with axis credit card rated and there services charges.
