Its all about Axis Bank Credit card , I had a very premium Savings account with Axis bank and I was the basic reason to get 300 Axis Salary account in to my company .
Since I felt comfortable with their process .So when I was offered a credit card , I had no hesitation on the same to go for a credit card with Axis bank Intially my payments were prompt and use to clear the os in one shot , but due to personal reason last 4 months back I was unable to make payments due to sudden financial crisis .
Still then I maintained to make minimum amount due .But still then for the past one month I ’m been harrassed by their telecallers like a street dog .I explained the concern tele caller that due to some financial crisis i’m unable to settle the amount , so requested to convert the o/s to EMI , since Axis customer care confirmed me that after six months of card delivery emi is possible .
Intially the telecaller to confirmed that would convert the o/s to emi but suddenly their now they explained me that no such emi option is available .so this made me to think about their good will for the first time .So requested them to give me some duration for making payment but they never heared my voice , and started to call me from five different numbers , that 30 times a day for payment of Rs, 1200/- ( just only the interest ).
So I request who ever read this review , think of the situtation which I have faced , which would also impact anybody in the current scenario , so beware of the suc*ing Axis bank Credit card
