I have been the Axis Direct customer for more than 9+ years now, and one thing, I have been constantly experiencing is the poor online application service - AxisDirect online site takes about more than 15 mins just to load the page, and if you wanted to take a look at your portfolio overview - then you are gone for a toss - it can even take more than 30 mins to load your portfolio page, such a poor quality of online services.
I come from IT background, and have to say this - there are much better technologies that exist out there for real cheap, we are living in the digital era and your online service is the face of your customer experience - please consider to revamp your existing online trading platform to latest technology platforms that gives better customer experience.
Unfortunately being one of those long last customers, I have seen Axis kept ignoring this and continued to provide such a poor quality of online platform experience, I have had enough hoping Axis would improve the customer experience from past 9 years, and now Im seriously considering to move on other banking options.
